Mr. Abbas Umar Masanawa

Mr. Masanawa has over 17 years of cognate banking experience and rose to the position of Deputy General Manager in Zenith Bank PLC in the year 2014 before he left to serve as a Special Assistant to the Governor of the Central Bank. He was subsequently appointed as the Executive Director (Finance, Strategy and Marketing) in NSPMC Plc,  and now he is the Managing Director and Chief Executive. Mr. Masanawa holds a Bachelors degree in Agricultural Economics from Ahmadu Bello University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Maiduguri. He has also completed courses and programmes from the Harvard Business School, London Business School, and the University of Oxford.
